Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time. In-stock orders are processed and shipped from Elmhurst, Illinois within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Rates and delivery. Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

If an item is out of stock. If an item you ordered runs out before it ships, we will email you within 1 business day with the date we expect to ship it. You can choose to wait, or cancel for a full refund.

Delays. During busy periods shipments may take a few extra days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
